Information Security

For service on any products sold by AVI please do the following:

  1. Call first so that we can verify, with you, that your unit is actually malfunctioning. We prefer to work with you to help save time and money.
  2. Once the problem is verified with our staff we will issue a Service Authorization (SA) number to help track your service needs.
  3. Please package the product securely so that the product will not be further damaged during shipping.
  4. Include a note inside of the package that describes the problem. Please include your name, return shipping address, telephone number, and Email address.
  5. Ship the unit via common carrier to our Lafayette, Indiana address.
  6. We will assess the problem and contact you with a repair estimate.
  7. If the item is an Eye-D Cam product we will repair the device here.
  8. If the item is not an Eye-D Cam product we will send the device to the proper repair center.
  9. Shipping and all repair charges must be paid prior to returning the unit to you.
